Woodbrook Wagon

Woodbrook Wagon Homeowners Cooperative in Lakewood Washington has been a working co-op since early 2017.  The community has 42 manufactured homesites and 9 rental homes. The community has been very busy in these first years making major improvements to their stick-built rentals and upgrades to their septic system.
